Everyone at this hotel was very kind and helpful. I felt very safe especially having a child with me. The parking was convenient as well as ricks cafe for snacks and breakfast. I will recommend this place to anyone!

The experience was very positive. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Rick’s cafe was super convenient. My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our mini vacation in mid town Manhattan.

Great service , friendly and efficient staff, nice room, free breakfast and free coffee and tea in beautiful lounge all day and evening. And you can’t beat the location.

This is such a sweet boutique hotel. The staff was professional, courteous and just great people. The hotel is very nice, and the rooms are comfortable. The 2nd floor is 'Rick's cafe' - if you don't know Casablanca - you won't get the reference. It is like a home - living room, dining, and 24/7 snacks, beverages and space to enjoy. The bar in the picture tho - that's next door at Tony's itialian resturant (VERY GOOD!). We were in the heart of Time Square and during the big snow storm, close to everything we could possibly need. Thank you again, to the staff! We will see you again!

The staff were amazing and polite and respectful. The lounge on the 2nd floor with the fireplace and free coffee was about the best thing during my NYC trip. After a day of sight seeing and walking around the city, a cup of coffee by the fire was exactly what I needed.

Excellent! Staff went above and beyond! I wish I could recall the name of the staff member at the front desk that provided me with a small fan to sleep with. I ask every hotel I visit for one and Casablanca has been the only one to provide it! I really think he went out and purchased it just for me! Very pleasant and friendly staff! Highly recommmend

The staff is outstanding. My wife left her ring on the bedside table. We called on the way home. They immediately sent someone to the room to retrieve the ring. We sent them a self addressed envelope and a few days later the ring arrived back at our home. A lot of hotels would not have done this.

Excellent hotel in NYC Loved the Times Square Location for our friend group. The second floor tea & coffee room was a perfect gathering space
The staff was very happy helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect!
